I’ve led multi-site stores for some of Australia’s most iconic brands, managed and trained large teams both here and overseas, and built a career around understanding what truly makes a retail brand iconic and how to manage people, systems and strategies across many levels of what it means to be a business owner.

In 2018, after becoming a mum, I stepped away from the corporate retail world and launched my own ecommerce businesses, biglittlethings and biglittlegifting. Both brands grew quickly, built loyal communities and became known for their strong customer experience and consistent customer journey. What I didn’t expect was how many other business owners would start coming to me for help - asking for guidance on systems, strategy, team training, Klaviyo flows, website optimisation, you name it. And the truth was, I loved it (self confessed tech nerd right here).

That’s what led me to create biglittleconsulting. I saw a real need in the e-commerce space - not just for more strategy, but for hands-on, grounded support from someone who actually gets it. Most consultants or mentors will be all talk and no action; or pop in with sage advice (but go MIA when shit hits the fan). My approach? I take the time to deeply understand your brand and vision, then we map out a clear path together. From there, I work alongside you to bring it to life and to sustain it.
